Who we are

Santi Vallès

Santi is an agricultural engineer and has been a winegrower from a very young age. You will see him on a tractor or out and about on the vineyard. He is involved in several farmers organizations. When he’s not taking care of the vineyard or the olive trees he loves a good meal, jazz, and playing with Pisca.

AdelinA Beneit

Adelina is pure energy. Not only she is a great cook, but she has an amazing eye for interior design. She likes to use old materials such as tiles and vineyard tools to make furniture. She used to work in Risk Management and Public Health at a famous winery, Codorníu, for over 30 years until she retired in 2017.

Maria Vallès

Maria is Santi and Adelina’s eldest daughter. She spent seven years abroad studying and working in several countries — you can read about her journey here. She holds a Masters in International Relations from Columbia University, and is a sommelier. She rejoined the family business in 2018 and loves trying new restaurants, books, film and design.

Anna VallèS

Anna is the youngest member of the household and a major bookworm. A humanist by training, she works in the publishing industry in Barcelona, loves theater and hiking, and is the founder of our book & wine club, L’Avinentesa. She speaks fluent English and Italian, which she picked up studying abroad in Bologna. She loves wine as much as the rest of her family.
